2025 Jeep Gladiator Lifted with 17×9 Fuel Trial Beadlock and 40×13.50R17 Tires

This 2025 Jeep Gladiator is dialed all the way up for serious trail work. Riding on Fuel Trial Beadlock wheels in 17×9 with brushed milled finish, this Gladiator picks up exactly the kind of aggressive trail focused setup the JT chassis was built to run. The Trial is part of the Fuel Forged FFB lineup with real bead retention construction, giving owners the ability to air down for rocks and sand without worrying about losing a tire bead. Drop it on a lifted suspension and you get a Gladiator that’s built to actually crawl, not just look the part.

Factory vs New Specs
A 2025 Gladiator rolls on 17 or 18 inch factory wheels around 7.5 inches wide with a positive offset close to 44mm, mounted to 32 to 33 inch tires. This setup keeps the 17 inch diameter but adds an inch and a half of width and flips the offset dramatically into negative territory. That offset swing pushes each wheel roughly 3 inches further outward per side compared to stock, and the wider barrel adds another half inch outward. Going to a bigger tire adds meaningful diameter, which gains close to 2 inches of ground clearance under the axles.

Fitment Notes
This is a fully committed off-road build. Expect rubbing at full lock and during flex on the inner fenders and pinch seams. Trimming the inner liners is required and wider aftermarket flares are recommended for the poke. Poke sits at roughly 2 to 3 inches outside the factory flare line. A minimum 3 to 4 inch lift is required. Stock suspension will not work with this setup.
