Returns
We will accept returns within 60 days of you having received your order so as long as your product has not been installed and completely intact in it’s original packaging. Simply contact our support department and request a return and you’ll be provided with a Return Authorization number to get your return going. Returns must be received in undamaged, new condition with all original packaging.
Wheels & Tires
For wheel & tire packages, we do charge a $240.00 fee to make up for the labor cost in mounting, balancing and packaging and later dismantling again (3 hours labor). In the case of just wheels, we will accept them back so as long as tires have never been mounted on them and the wheels are in the original packaging. Tires must be shipped back with original labels on tires otherwise, the shipment will be refused.
Please note we do not accept returns for special order products. Special order products are products that had to be transferred in and not in stock at the moment or drop shipped directly from the manufacturer. For these products we cannot accept returns unless the issue you’re experiencing is a result of a fitment issue, which at that point our Fitment Guarantee kicks in. If you’d like to know if your products are a special order beforehand feel free to send us a message, and we’ll be glad to check it out. For all returns We Do Not Have Restocking Fees however the transit expenses incurred in shipping to you will be deducted from the final credit. We do not cover return shipping expenses.
Refunds
Refunds are issued within three working days of having received and inspected the returned products. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of your purchase.
