Factory vs New Specs
A 2025 Silverado 1500 rolls on 17 to 20 inch factory wheels around 8 to 8.5 inches wide with a positive offset close to 25 to 28mm. The new setup keeps the 17 inch diameter and 8.5 inch width but drops the offset down to zero, pushing each wheel about an inch further outward per side. Tire diameter jumps from the factory 32 inch range up to a true 35, adding 2.5 to 3 inches of tire height and gaining close to 1.5 inches of ground clearance under the diffs. Stance becomes wider, taller, and significantly more aggressive without losing any of the daily driver feel.

Fitment Notes
Running 35s with a zero offset on the new Silverado pushes the wheels close to an inch outside the factory line. Expect minor rubbing on the inner fender liners at full lock and during compression, with light trimming of the inner plastics recommended. Poke sits at roughly three quarters to an inch outside the factory flares, which still looks proportional on the wide body. A minimum 2 to 3 inch lift is required to clear 35s properly, and the lift in this build handles that well. Stock suspension will not accept this combo without rubbing.
