This 2024 Ford Bronco was put together to look every bit as tough as it drives. The build rides on KMC E25 Beadlock wheels measured at 17×9 with a 1mm offset front and rear, wrapped in beefy 37×12.50R17 tires that stuff the wheel wells and give the Bronco a serious trail-ready attitude. The beadlock design isn’t just for show either, it lets you air down with confidence when the terrain gets nasty. Sitting on a lifted suspension, the whole truck stands taller and wider than stock, and that near-zero offset pushes the wheels out to fill the fenders the way a Bronco is meant to look. The end result takes an already capable factory rig and turns it into a proper off-road machine with real stance and presence.
Factory vs New Specs
Stack this against a stock Bronco and the changes jump right out. Factory tires usually sit in the low-30-inch range, so stepping up to a genuine 37-inch tire adds around 4 to 5 inches of overall height and picks up roughly 2 to 2.5 inches of clearance under the axle. The 17×9 wheel is a solid inch wider than the factory 17×8, which lets the wide 37 sit more planted under the body. The 1mm offset is dramatically more aggressive than the factory number that typically lives near +40mm, so each corner pushes outward by close to an inch and a half per side. That gives the Bronco a noticeably wider track, a more muscular stance, and better planted feel, with the only real trade-off being slightly heavier steering and a bit more effort to get the bigger meats rolling.
Fitment Notes
With 37s tucked under a Bronco, expect some rubbing at full steering lock and during suspension flex, particularly around the front liners, so a bit of trimming or liner trimming may be needed depending on the trim level. Thanks to that aggressive 1mm offset, the tires sit right at or just past the fender line, poking somewhere around a half inch to an inch outside the fenders. A lift is required to run 37s cleanly, and this build already has one in the 3 to 3.5 inch range doing exactly that. This is not a combo that clears on stock suspension without rubbing, so the lift is what makes the whole setup work.
