2024 Cadillac Escalade Wheel and Tire Setup
This 2024 Cadillac Escalade runs a square set of 26×10 Niche Prodigy 6 wheels finished in gloss black with a dark tinted clear and wrapped in 295/30R26 tires at all four corners. The suspension remains at factory ride height, making the oversized wheel and tire package responsible for the dramatic change in stance.
The six-spoke Prodigy 6 design works especially well on the full-size Escalade because the large spoke faces visually fill the 26 inch wheel without looking overly thin. The dark tinted clear adds a smoked effect over the gloss black finish and complements the black exterior trim found on Sport-oriented Escalade builds.
Factory vs New Specs
A common factory setup on the 2024 Cadillac Escalade uses a 22×9 wheel with a +28mm offset and a 275/50R22 tire measuring approximately 32.8 inches tall.
Factory Wheel: Approximately 22×9 +28.
Factory Tire: 275/50R22, measuring approximately 32.8 inches tall.
New Wheel: 26×10 Niche Prodigy 6 at all four corners.
New Wheel Offset: +20mm.
New Tire: 295/30R26, measuring approximately 33.0 inches tall.
Wheel Diameter: The wheel increases by 4 inches, from 22 inches to 26 inches.
Wheel Width: Width increases from approximately 9 inches to 10 inches.
Tire Width: Nominal tire width increases from 275mm to 295mm.
Tire Diameter and Ground Clearance
The factory 275/50R22 measures approximately 32.83 inches tall, while the 295/30R26 measures approximately 32.97 inches.
That is a difference of only about 0.14 inch in overall diameter, or less than one-half of one percent. Static ground clearance changes by only about 0.07 inch from the tire itself, which is effectively unchanged in normal use.
Keeping the overall tire diameter this close to factory is one of the reasons 295/30R26 works so well on a 26 inch Escalade setup. The vehicle gets the appearance of a much larger wheel without significantly changing its overall rolling diameter.
Speedometer difference is also minimal. Because the 295/30R26 is only slightly taller than stock, actual road speed is approximately 0.4 percent higher than the indicated speed.
Offset and Wheel Position
The Niche Prodigy 6 used for this application measures 26×10 with a +20mm offset. Compared with a factory-style 22×9 +28 wheel, the new wheel is one inch wider and uses 8mm less positive offset.
When both width and offset are considered, the outer edge of the Prodigy 6 sits approximately 21mm, or about 0.8 inch, farther outward per side than the factory reference wheel.
The inside edge moves only about 5mm closer to the suspension, so most of the additional wheel width is directed toward the outside of the vehicle. This creates the fuller, more aggressive stance visible on the finished Escalade.
Fitment and Stance
The 26×10 +20 wheel paired with a 295/30R26 tire gives the Escalade a much stronger street-oriented stance while remaining close to the original overall tire diameter.
The additional wheel width and lower offset move the package closer to the fender line, while the 295 tire keeps the section width controlled compared with using a wider 305 tire.
At stock ride height, the large 26 inch wheel completely fills the Escalade’s wheel opening while the thin 30-series sidewall maintains enough overall tire diameter to preserve the factory proportions.
Fitment Notes
Suspension: This build remains at factory ride height with no lift or lowering kit required for the appearance shown here.
Tire Size: 295/30R26 is a commonly used size with 26×10 wheels on the current-generation Escalade and keeps overall diameter extremely close to the factory 275/50R22.
Rubbing: Comparable current-generation Escalades have been documented running 26×10 wheels with 295/30R26 tires at stock height without rubbing or body modification. Final clearance should still be checked through full steering lock and suspension compression during installation.
Poke: The +20mm offset places the wheel noticeably farther toward the fender than the factory setup. The result is an aggressive, near-flush appearance rather than the more tucked factory wheel position.
Inner Clearance: Despite the additional wheel width, the change on the suspension side is relatively small because the +20mm offset directs most of the added width outward.
Center Bore: The Niche Prodigy 6 uses a 106.1mm center bore, larger than the Escalade hub, so the proper hub-centric rings should be used during installation.
Wheel Load Rating: The 26×10 Niche Prodigy 6 has a 2,500 pound load rating per wheel. Tire load capacity should also be verified for the Escalade application.
Ride and Drivability
The biggest drivability change comes from the reduced tire sidewall. Moving from a 275/50R22 to a 295/30R26 dramatically reduces the amount of rubber between the wheel and the road, so sharper impacts and rough pavement will be more noticeable.
At the same time, keeping overall tire diameter almost identical to factory helps preserve gearing, ride height, speedometer accuracy and the operation of the vehicle’s electronic systems.
The 295mm tire also provides a wider footprint than the original 275mm tire without going unnecessarily wide for the 10 inch wheel.
Stock Suspension
The 2024 Escalade Sport comes standard with Magnetic Ride Control. Air Ride Adaptive Suspension was also available through the Touring Package, so exact suspension hardware can vary by vehicle even when both vehicles are described as stock height.
For gallery fitment purposes, the important detail is that this build maintains its factory ride height and does not rely on a lift or lowering modification to accommodate the 26 inch wheel and tire package.
