2020 Lexus IS on 18×8.5 TSW Sebring Wheels and 255/35R18 Tires

This 2020 Lexus IS finally gets the stance the chassis has been waiting on for years. Sitting on TSW Sebring wheels in 18×8.5 with a 20mm offset and wrapped in 255/35/18 rubber at all four corners, this IS goes from corporate luxury sedan to a much sharper, more purposeful build. The Sebring brings a classic multi-spoke face in matte black that pairs beautifully with the IS body lines, and the square setup fills out both front and rear arches evenly for a balanced look. The aggressive offset brings the wheels close to flush with the fenders, giving the car that wider, more athletic footprint that the factory setup simply does not deliver.

Factory vs New Specs
A factory 2020 Lexus IS rolls on 17 or 18 inch wheels around 7.5 to 8 inches wide with a positive offset somewhere in the 40 to 45mm range, mounted to a 225 width tire. The new setup keeps the 18 inch diameter but adds half an inch to a full inch of width, and drops the offset all the way down to 20mm. That offset shift alone pushes each wheel about an inch further outward per side, and the wider barrel adds another quarter inch outward. Total outward movement comes in close to 1.25 inches per side, putting the wheels flush to slightly poked against the fender lip. The wider 255 tire also adds meaningful grip on the front end where the IS could use it. Tire diameter stays close to factory so the speedometer and gearing remain accurate.
