2019 Lexus RC F Stock Height with 20×9 Niche Torsion Wheels

2019 Lexus RC F Wheel and Tire Setup

This 2019 Lexus RC F runs a staggered set of Niche Torsion wheels finished in platinum bronze, with 20×9 sizing up front and wider 20×10.5 wheels in the rear. The RC F already comes from Lexus with serious performance hardware, so the aftermarket setup had to maintain clearance around the large Brembo braking system while preserving the staggered character of the factory chassis.

The directional five-spoke Torsion design works especially well with the sharp body lines of the RC F, while the platinum bronze finish lands between a champagne tone and light gunmetal depending on the lighting. The car remains at factory ride height, allowing the wider rear wheel and larger 20 inch diameter to create the visual change without altering the suspension.

Factory vs New Specs

The factory 2019 Lexus RC F uses a staggered 19 inch wheel package with approximately 19×9 +40 wheels in front and 19×10 +50 wheels in the rear.

Factory Front Tire: 255/35R19, measuring approximately 26.0 inches tall.

Factory Rear Tire: 275/35R19, measuring approximately 26.6 inches tall.

New Front Wheel: 20×9 Niche Torsion. The wheel diameter increases by one inch while retaining the same nominal width as the factory front wheel.

New Rear Wheel: 20×10.5 Niche Torsion. The rear gains one inch of wheel diameter and approximately half an inch of additional width compared with the factory setup.

Bolt Pattern: 5×114.3.

Center Bore: 60.1mm.

Lug Hardware: M12×1.5.

Offset and Wheel Position

The exact offsets used on this particular build were not published, so final wheel position should not be treated as verified from offset alone. Niche commonly offers the Torsion in offset ranges that place the wheel slightly farther outward than the factory RC F wheels.

Using a +35mm front offset as a reference, the 20×9 front wheel would sit approximately 5mm, or about 0.2 inch, farther outward than the factory 19×9 +40 wheel.

Using a +40mm rear offset as a reference, the 20×10.5 rear wheel would sit approximately 16mm, or about 0.65 inch, farther outward than the factory 19×10 +50 setup.

The resulting stance is close to flush at stock ride height, with the rear receiving the more noticeable increase in outward wheel position.

Tire Sizing

The exact tire sizes installed on this build were not published. A common 20 inch staggered sizing for this type of setup is 255/30R20 in front and 285/30R20 in the rear.

255/30R20 Front: Approximately 26.0 inches tall, keeping overall diameter extremely close to the factory 255/35R19.

285/30R20 Rear: Approximately 26.7 inches tall, also remaining very close to the factory 275/35R19 rear tire diameter.

Using tire diameters close to stock helps preserve ride height, gearing and speedometer behavior while allowing the larger 20 inch wheel to fit naturally within the RC F wheel openings.

Brake and Suspension Clearance

The RC F uses a serious factory braking package with approximately 15 inch front rotors and six-piston Brembo calipers, making spoke and barrel clearance an important part of any aftermarket wheel selection.

The Niche Torsion provides sufficient front brake clearance on this build, leaving the large Brembo calipers visible behind the directional spoke design.

The suspension remains factory height with the original double wishbone front and multilink rear layout and adaptive variable damping. Because the suspension is unchanged, factory ride quality, suspension travel and approximately 5 inches of ground clearance are retained.

Fitment and Stance

The staggered 20×9 front and 20×10.5 rear sizing maintains the performance-oriented proportions of the RC F while adding more wheel presence and additional rear width.

Keeping the front at 9 inches avoids unnecessarily increasing front wheel width around the large brake and suspension package, while the wider 10.5 inch rear wheel gives the rear-drive Lexus additional visual and functional tire support.

At stock height, the setup remains clean and refined rather than excessively aggressive. The wheels sit near the fender line without creating the exaggerated poke seen with lower-offset fitments.

Ride and Drivability

The move from 19 inch to 20 inch wheels reduces tire sidewall when overall tire diameter is kept close to stock. That typically creates a slightly firmer ride and more immediate steering response while maintaining the overall gearing and ride height of the original package.

The wider rear wheel is particularly appropriate for the RC F’s rear-wheel-drive layout and 5.0 liter V8, providing additional support for a wider rear tire while preserving the factory staggered balance.
