This 2019 Jeep Wrangler is dialed all the way up with a show-stopping setup that takes the JL platform into full-blown statement territory. Wearing a set of Fuel Burn wheels in 24×12 with an aggressive -44mm offset and wrapped in 38/13.50/24 rubber at all four corners, this Wrangler trades any subtlety for serious presence. The Burn is part of Fuel’s Fusion Forged lineup, which means the wheels carry a forged-style look with bold milled accents that catch every angle of light. Throw it on top of a proper lift and you get a Jeep that towers over stock, fills the wells aggressively, and pokes outside the flares the way the lifted truck scene loves. This is the kind of build that turns parking lots into car shows whether you wanted that or not.
Factory vs New Specs
A 2019 Wrangler typically rolls out on a 17 or 18 inch wheel that’s only 7.5 inches wide, with roughly a positive 44mm offset and a 32 to 33 inch tire. This build adds 6 to 7 inches of total wheel diameter, jumps the width by a full 4.5 inches, and flips the offset all the way from +44mm to -44mm. That’s an 88mm offset shift, which on its own pushes each wheel about 3.5 inches further outward per side. Combine that with the wider barrel and the setup ends up roughly 4 to 5 inches further out per side compared to stock, which is some of the most aggressive poke you can run on a Wrangler. The jump up to a true 38 adds about 5 inches of tire diameter and gains close to 2.5 inches of ground clearance under the diffs and skids. Stance-wise, this thing makes a stock JL look like a toy. Taller, wider, and dramatically more aggressive in every direction.
Fitment Notes
This is a heavy duty fitment that absolutely requires the lift and modifications to run cleanly. Expect rubbing at full lock and during suspension compression on the inner fenders, pinch seams, and possibly the front bumper end caps. Cutting back the inner fender liners is essentially mandatory, and most builds at this poke level will need a pinch seam roll or hammer to clear at full articulation. The wheels will sit roughly 3 to 4 inches outside the factory fender flares, so wider aftermarket flares or proper flat fenders are a must to stay street legal and keep mud and rocks off the body. A minimum 3.5 to 5 inch lift is required, with 5 to 6 inches being more comfortable for daily use and clearance. This setup will not work on stock suspension under any circumstances and is built for a Wrangler that’s committed to the lifted aggressive stance look.
