Banks Monster-Ram is an intake elbow or intake horn system for diesel trucks. It replaces restrictive factory inlet parts and is designed to improve airflow into the engine. This series is best for Cummins and diesel customers who want increased airflow, better boost response, and a stronger intake path. This induction component is intended to improve or support the airflow path feeding the engine, especially on modified, diesel, or performance-focused applications. Product-specific details: Banks Dual Heat Capable Monster-Ram improves throttle response and fuel economy by eliminating airflow restrictions. The patent-pending system prevents severe engine damage by replacing the failure prone killer grid heater with the Banks high-flow cast intake plate. The factory heater can’t fail if it’s not there.
