The aFe Xp Cold Air Intake System – Blue with Pro 5R Filter for 2021-2022 Ford F-150 Raptor V6-3.5L(TT) Momentum is a cold air intake system from aFe built for the application shown in the product title. aFe Pro 5R is an oiled, five-layer cotton-gauze performance filter media. It is best for customers who prioritize maximum airflow, performance gains, and reusable filtration, especially on street, performance, and track-style builds. Because it is oiled, it requires proper cleaning and re-oiling during maintenance. Air intake systems are intended to reduce restriction, improve throttle response, add a more aggressive intake sound, and support better airflow than the stock intake path where applicable. Product-specific details: Momentum’s unique filter-to-housing interface was built to feature the largest air filter possible. This 9″ tall, pre-oiled 360-degree radial flow air filter features two 3″ inlets and our pre-oiled Pro 5R media with five layers of progressively finer cotton gauze media for maximum performance and filtration. Its inverted top and large surface area provide much longer life between maintenance intervals. This media is perfect for street use. The smooth one-piece sealed housing, constructed of heat-resistant cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE), features our patent-pending filter-to-housing interface. Its innovative design minimizes the total number of parts, making for an easy installation. A.
