Tire Protection & Roadside Assistance

Protection That Goes Beyond the Installation

Your purchase shouldn’t stop being protected once you leave our shop. Eligible Fitment Dynamics customers can receive added coverage for qualifying tire damage along with Roadside Assistance for common roadside emergencies.

Road Hazard Protection

Eligible tires purchased through Fitment Dynamics may include Road Hazard Protection against qualifying road-hazard damage. Coverage provides 100% protection during the first 25% of treadwear, subject to eligibility, inspection, and claim approval requirements.

Roadside Assistance

Eligible customers receive 1 year of Roadside Assistance, including towing, flat-tire assistance, jump starts, lock-out service, and emergency fluid delivery. Coverage is limited to 2 occurrences up to $75 each during the benefit period.

Coverage Details & How to Use Your Benefits

If you experience tire damage that may qualify as a road hazard claim, contact Fitment Dynamics before replacing or disposing of the damaged tire.

The tire must be inspected and tread depth measured to determine eligibility. If the tire appears to qualify, Fitment Dynamics will complete and submit the applicable claim documentation for review. Final eligibility is determined through the program’s adjustment process.

Important Road Hazard Terms

  • Applies only to qualifying tires purchased through Fitment Dynamics and eligible under the applicable program.
  • Labor charges are not included in Road Hazard Protection. Any labor required to dismount, mount, balance, or rebalance the tire is the customer’s responsibility.
  • For complimentary Road Hazard Protection, a $74.95 processing fee applies each time the benefit is used.
  • Coverage provides 100% protection during the first 25% of treadwear.
  • The damaged tire must be available for inspection when required.
  • Remaining tread depth will be measured as part of determining eligibility.
  • Claims are subject to verification and final approval.
  • Not every puncture, impact, tire failure, or damaged tire will necessarily qualify.
  • Do not dispose of the damaged tire until Fitment Dynamics confirms the inspection or claim process is complete.
